The first big snowfall of the season is right around the corner, and our team at Yard Barberz has been gassing up our trucks and snow blowers, filling up our salt holders, and ready to be at your service this winter! Although we are really excited, one of the challenges snow seasons presents for us is that we never know what time we may have to service your residence or business.


With that in mind, and to prevent friendly 2 a.m. knocks to close out billing for your service, we are moving to a contactless payment process. Please fill out the form below so we can best serve you moving forward, or get your questions answered below.

​Contactless Payment FAQs

  1. What is a contactless payment system?

  2. How will this change your process for billing?

    • At the point of completing your service, we will send you a photo confirmation that our work has been completed. Within 24-48 hours your payment will be processed based on the information you have on file and you will receive an invoice by email. 

  3. How do I know my information is secure?

    • No one on our staff is able to access your information once it has been added to our contactless payment system. We use Stripe for processing and Quickbooks for accounting. Both platforms are run on the most secure networks online payment processing offers.

  4.  When will I be charged?

    • Your card will only be charged when you approve a service after it's been completed. You can expect a 24-72 hour time period for payment processing after an approved service. 

  5. Is this the only way I can pay?

    • Unfortunately yes. As a growing business, we are trying to ensure that we keep our expenses lower and continue to provide a great service at a great price. Our contactless payment system allows us to save on administrative support and ensures our Yard Barberz are compensated adequately.
